Users can tokenize their assets which can then be converted into stable coins, using stable coins you can get a DEFI lending, alternatively you can also stake your coins to earn weekly, monthly or yearly rewards. User can also trade the token onto trading marketplace and earn profits. This way user is leveraging their idle assets and turning them into a recurrent revenue stream. Traditional asset class market is open on fixed timing and days and withdrawal of assets is a lengthy process where your funds are locked for days and weeks. Asset tokenization market runs 24/7, 365 days a year which means you have the benefit of instant liquidity anywhere in the world at any time you would like.

Regarding moveable assets we need to graphically represent complete user journey where assets (watches) are sent to Custody solution provider, valuation of the asset will be done be independent third-parties. Users will be get the tokens equivalent to valuation of the asset minus Superland fees which is 0.5%. Users will be given TMA tokens which he can convert to either stable coin for DEFI lending, trading or staking.

For Immoveable assets there is no custody solution as asset is immovable, in case of Rewards our technology will connect directly with the rewards provider, users will need to provide their Rewards id and their balance will be auto-filled with equivalent amount of balance after fees deduction.

If it goes to custody the only way owner gets it back is if he owns back 100% of tokens
